Usage

ucWriteBatchWtaq(bfile, wtaq, verbose, waitForInput = FALSE)

Arguments

bfile

path to batch file

wtaq

path to WTAQ executable

verbose

if TRUE, the output is not discarded

waitForInput

if TRUE, "pause" is added to the batch file
