Draw Lines between Nodes

Usage

drawDependencies(nodes, dependencies, nodeColours, ...)

nodes: data frame as returned by toNodes
dependencies: list of package dependencies as returned by packageDependencies
nodeColours: colours given to the lines starting at the same start node
...: arguments passed to arrows
