Arguments

dat

data frame with columns DateTime
settings

list with elements dictionary, station
Qmax

passed to plotOverview
Hmax

passed to plotOverview
to.pdf

if TRUE, graphical output goes to a temporary pdf file
save.pdf

if TRUE PDF output is stored to a file stored and named according to dictionary$OVERVIEW_HQ_DATA_PDF
