Arguments

settings	list of settings
settingNames	names of the settings, by default: `names(settings)`
do.stop	passed to `kwb.monitoring:::get_H_threshold`, `kwb.monitoring:::get_Q_threshold`, `kwb.monitoring:::get_V_threshold`
