Delete Rain Data from Postgres Database Via API

api_delete_rain(user_id, spot_id, ids = NULL, dbg = TRUE, ...)

Arguments

user_id	user id
spot_id	bathing spot id
ids	optional. Vector of rain ids. If not given or NULL (the default) all rain data for the bathing spot are deleted!
dbg	if TRUE debug messages are shown
...	further arguments passed to fhpredict:::api_delete_timeseries
